We talk a lot about changing your life here at The Chillpreneur Company, and today I want to tell you the story of exactly how I changed mine. And I know there are a lot of “my business journey” stories on the internet, but I really hope that if you're someone right now that is in a state of limiting beliefs around whether or not you can become successful because it's taking too long or because it's too late, I really hope that this is the video that finally changes your mind and gets you to just stick with the desires that you have in your heart.

While you are sitting there feeling bad about your life, scrolling through social media because you're comparing yourself to everybody else, something that you could be doing instead is taking simple steps to make your life the biggest damn vibe possible so you don't feel the need to constantly escape to social media. That's what we're going to be talking about today.

I've been shifting my story, my content, my focus a lot lately to helping people shift their identity.
Now, today's interview is with one of my amazing, amazing clients, Sarah. She's a relationship mentor, and I thought this would be a really interesting conversation because Sarah specializes in helping people to shift their identities as they exit relationships and build better relationships with themselves. Not just so that they can have a new relationship in the future but so they can increase their quality of life overall.

This is not just another habit breakdown where I'm going to tell you to drink more water or start journaling or meditating because, honestly, none of those things are actually contributing to your success like you think they are.

This IS going to be a post about habits. But what I'm going to do is share the mindset habits that you can adopt to actually shift your identity and achieve anything you want in the new year.

I know you clicked on this blog because you maybe thought I was going to share some books with you that we're going to help you upgrade your appearance or to manifest more money into your life. However, I'm not going to be sharing books with you that have like step-by-step formulas on how to lose weight or to make more money because I know there are so many people, and maybe you're included in this as well have read all of the books, watched all of the YouTube videos, maybe even listened to all of the podcasts. The thing is, no matter how much content you seem to be consuming, you're still not achieving these results.

Don’t worry. This is not going to be another video telling you how to improve your lighting or audio quality. This is actually going to help you understand the psychology of building your influence. And no, it’s not too late.

I know there are so many mission-driven potential influencers out there who've watched all the videos on how to create better videos or how to show up more consistently on Tik Tok, but something is still holding you back from building an audience. And a lot of the time it’s the psychology of building influence.

And so today, we’re going to talk about all the things that you actually need to do when building a brand and creating content to attract your dream audience and build up your social media platform.

If you are stopping yourself right now because you're afraid of people judging you, if you're stopping yourself from taking the actions that you need to take to get to where you want to go because you're so afraid of people judging you, I want to let you know something about the fear of judgment.

Most of the time, the things that we are afraid of other people judging us around are things that we haven't yet accepted in ourselves. And so this video is about how to build a better self-image.
